Vibe sponsored Caribbean Artists (and siblings) Duane and Teasea Bennett from Reve,
Jamaica to expo their work for Miami Beach International Fashion Week. Both artists are graduates from the Edna Manley College of the Visual and
Performance Arts, the University with whom Diaspora Vibe has collaborated since
2009 for our International Cultural Exchange. Duane conducted a metal-smith workshop

The 13th annual and newly
rebranded Miami Beach International Fashion Week will take place at
the Miami Beach Convention Center, Hall A. The venue is transformed into a
state of the art "Fashion City" built to house all fashion shows,
exhibitions and sponsor lounges as the world's fashion elite flock to
Miami Beach to participate in this world class event. As the largest
International and Hispanic fashion event in the US, Miami Beach International
Fashion Week has brought the best in international and Latin fashion, beauty,
music, cuisine and art to the forefront of the American fashion
scene.
With a
crossover of international culture from designers, entertainers and celebrities
from around the world including Spain, India, Italy, Canada, Malaysia,
Pakistan, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Eastern Europe, the
Caribbean, Mexico and all countries throughout South and Central America
presenting their latest collections in women's day and evening wear, men's
wear, swimwear, jewelry and accessories with hundreds of international
media, jet-setters and fashion royalty arriving to attend the shows.
